La Prep definitely brings me back to my university days when I was too broke to afford lunch there but it was my only option at school.

The food is okay, the lineups are long and moves slowly. They have ready made sandwiches that they put in a panini press. I don't find them very favorable.

The best coffee I've ever had in Canada by FAR! Plus this location is fantastic the pricing is reasonable the food is fresh check out the napkins SO CUTE

The prices are a bit high but the quality is amazing and they can customize almost everything in their menu. Fantastic place for people with allergies.

The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes at a fantastic price, beautifully presented.

We make it a daily ritual to visit La Prep for coffee. The atmosphere is great and they have excellent breakfast sandwiches! Definitely worth checking out.
