Harvey's - Mississauga

Best Harvey’s branch, the staff are nice and welcoming, and the place is clean. The food is hot and fresh. I always come here with my family to din-in. I would absolutely recommend this branch over the others.

We were well received, and the time since they took us to the table and then the food was only 20 minutes. Show. Coming back there again. We recommend!

This place sucks now. They are more concentrated on the casting of orders ready for tne fast food delivery people like Just eats. Two times a burger who was part of my order went to one of these commands and then forget to make mine and wait two of my three burgers cold. Last visited I was disgusting to see that tney precook left the burgers tjey in a warming drawer then take the burger that is assumed to be grilled to perfection and put it on the grill for about 30 seconds per side and serve it. It is chewing and no more beautiful burgers. What a bunch of **** to say grilled to perfection. The onion rings are burned and no golden brown. This location is always missing items from the order and the employees are fighting with each other. If you want a good burger, go somewhere else. This place sucks.

After a bad service visit led by an assistant who had a bad attitude and an inconspicuous sound to me, I decided to file a complaint with Cara Foods Head Office, which was also indifferent. I have decided not only to avoid Harveys, but every cara foods branded restaurant, do yourself a favor and do the same, support local indépendants instead of a conglomerate that does not care about their customers.
