Avani Asian Indian Bistro - Mississauga

Avani is hands down one of the most authentic Indian restaurants in Mississauga. The ambiance is delightful filled with fragrance of delicious food.Daal makhani could have more Daal in it but what we had was really good as well.Lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.Manchow soup was soul touching full of garlic, ginger and minced veggies. Looks more like a clear soup. I could see myself having a bowl of this soup on a cozy winter night at the table next to windows at Avani!Looking forward to trying out different items on the menu in the coming months.Didn’t expect an Indian restaurant to serve a good salad but we tried if regardless. I must say that they didn’t disappoint us with the mango salad. Curious to taste other salads on the menu.PS. Their Roomali Roti is a must.

Been coming to Avani and this location only ever since it opened. It's really amazing to see that after all these years their quality of food is still the same which is 10/10. I moved out 10 yrs ago n each visit I'm here I end up going here. Really and Truly the best quality of food. I only wish that as an INDIAN CUISINE they'd have better selection of Indian alcohol. The whole drinks menu is something that most people drink on regular, but the point should be that its Indian food, match it with Indian beers and spirits which would be a whole experience. Other than that great service, awesome food N fine vibes.

The Mutton karahi masala was suoer delicious, Goan style curry is a no go zone for those who don’t imbibe spicy food Mutton Biryani was 50/50 in fact haven’t found a good quality mutton biryani in Canada

I visited the restaurant on Father's Day Sunday and it was very busy. Despite the crowd, the staff worked hard to seat us as soon as possible. The food was fantastic. I had kabab, Manchurian, and Manchow Soup for appetizers, followed by Shahi Paneer, Chana Masala, and roomali roti for the main course. The dessert of Gajar halwa and gulab jamun was delicious. The taste of the food was excellent and the service provided, especially during the busy hours, was outstanding. Our server, Preet, was kind, helpful, and quick to attend to our needs.

I would recommend this place 10/10!Service was exceptional and ambiance was cozy.Food is really good I would recommend to follow their suggestions. The lady helped us with their signature dishes and everything turned out to be great!
