My child enjoys the cheese burger happy meal but, McDonald's offers several options in their menu for kids and adults, such as big Mac, filet o fish burger, chicken nuggets (several dipping sauces options), iced coffee, ice cream, etc. Employees are always very polite and provides you with excellent customer service.
I been there more than once because it?s the closest to my house and each and every time the service is HORRIBLE!! Workers are rude!! The restaurant is ALWAYS DIRTY ???? today my has brown is all burned imposible to eat ???? even one star is way to much for this place ????????????
Always giving me the wrong order. Today I ordered 2 spicy Mcchicken, Large fries and a Mocca Frappe. I did got the Frappe and the Fries. But they instead give me 2 kids meal cheeseburgers and 10pc nuggets. So I eat the kids meal at my work. Although the recipe said what I really order.
This place is totally a disaster when it comes to customer service. Employees here don't have any customer service urgency. Today as we were ordering our meal I noticed the lack of enthusiasm from the cashier, the employees on the kitchen playing around and moving at a slow pace to do their job. After we order and sat down, I noticed the cashier suddenly stepped away from the front and went to horse around with the employees in the kitchen. He had a line of 4 customers and that didn't seemed to bother him. The customer waiting to place his order was upset and it took several minutes to get someone else to take the order. The customers were very upset, another lady employee was the one that came to the rescue after she noticed the long line and customer complaining. The other male employee never came back and could be seen talking and laughing on the back with his buddies. This restaurant needs urgent good management and see who they hire. This is not the first time I notice the lack of customer service from this place. Visit Chick-fil-A and you can see the difference in employee attention and attitude towards their job. McDonald's area or regional management need to take a closer look what type of employees they are hiring and also look at the store management.
I ordered through curbside pickup an iced caramel mocha and they took 20 some minutes so I had to get down and they said that their machine wasn?t working. Then why did they charged me then. I got down and they gave me $2 back instead of the 4. It?s nothing right but they weren?t gonna take 2 of my side to buy it ?. Nope.
