Przekaż informację zwrotnąSurprised I got my food correct the first time. Employees seem unhappy they take forever. Normally my order is correct. Try not to over complicate it with more than one meal. Not Allowed to sit in the dining room.
Went to Popeyes for the first time ever. I was so excited. We went into the lobby and ordered. I was so excited because the chicken looked amazing. I even gave the manager a compliment about the food. We were given our drinks and we sat down to eat. About 10 minutes later. (When we we’re almost done) A worker came from the back and said that the lobby was closed. The worker proceeded to tell us that we were told the lobby was closed and that “we snuck around to a table to hide and eat.” I responded by saying that we were not told as we gathered our stuff. The staff member proceeded to tell us, “well I’m telling you, the lobby is closed.” We apologized and left. I looked for signs saying the lobby was closed and there was none. Plus, there was remnants of food on all the tables. I’m still confused but I wasn’t going to argue. The food was great but we will probably never return. I’m deaf in one ear (I have a tendency to listen very closely) but even the person I was with didn’t hear anything except the thank you we received initially. I feel bad for anyone who has a hearing issue. They really need to post signs or even lock the lobby if it’s “closed”.
The food is very tasty, but it seems absurd to me that at this point they don 't let you eat in the place supposedly because of the covid I think there are other intentions and it is to save money on staff! and it 's wrong because it makes the restaurant less attractive
Spent $40 on a family meal yesterday evening and my entire household is throwing up this morning all with upset stomach’s and diarrhea I personally will not be returning to this location again and can only hope these folks will be more cautious about cross contamination and how easy that can occur when working with raw chicken in the future. It’s also easy to prevent if you’re following the simple guidelines in place to keep things like this from happening.
Foods great but staff always has an attitude and lobby still isn't open for dine in. Most places have been fully open since COVID for a minute now but for some reason they're not. Not sure what their reasoning is for this. Probably cause it's easier or less work? Not a very big store or that much seating in their lobby tho so one can only assume laziness. Disappointing.
