Krispy Kreme - Mishawaka

Very poor service. Placed an order for a corporate meeting with a scheduled pick-up time. The order wasn't as request, wasn't ready and the store was closed. My colleague had to beat on the door to be acknowledge to even get what they VERY SLOWLY put together. If you don't think you have adequate staffing to provide decent service and fulfill customer orders, simply decline to take the order. We would have preferred being told no, to the stress we endured today.

Wonderful. Quick service. Clean establishment. My daughter and I loved observing the donuts being made. We went when the neon light was on and got donuts right off the belt. It was awesome

All our cream and custard donuts were not filled correctly. Would not recommend.

Our two young boys, ages 3 and 5, love to go there, much more than the employees want to work there. It's very clean and organized, (a great thing), but Customer Service is at best mechanical, certainly not heartfelt. This restaurant could've easily earned a 5 rating if the employees would've shown even an ounce of enthusiasm with my kids who were so excited to see them. Sincere service with a smile is IMPORTANT. Both of my boys proudly wore one of the amazing Krispy Kreme hats placed strategically on each of the tables in restaurant. It is my opinion the employees should proudly wear them as well! Look, making and selling amazing doughnuts for a legendary doughnut chain is certainly not for everyone, and I'm sure it's not always easy. I get it. But a sincere smile costs nothing . If you can't smile and appreciate the people you come into contact with on a daily basis, please find something else to do in life that will make you happy!

Talk about a toxic work environment this place is run by poor management and has their staff scared of write ups for actually doing the correct thing to give great customer service and it shows!! Nobody here enjoyed their job and looked and acted absolutely miserable hire some better management and maybe you'll get the staff
