If you love the employees and the only thing I don't like, the limited article/Merchandise is always not available. I wonder why

Mc Donald's standard operation and quality, so it's what you expect, what good frits and burgers. Accepts cash, Prefer cards . During this covid time, the number of din-ins is limited. But you can always take away or order delivery.

Very slow service. I'm frustrated by their service. it's disappointing as they don't really want to treat their customers well. they ignore their customers too when customers need their help.

By far the worst McDonald 's I 've ever been. I 've been a fan of McDonald 's for so many years, been to many of their establishment all across Malaysia, but this...this is by far the slowest service I 've ever encountered in many many years. 40 minutes just for one set of burger. the most unreasonable 40 minutes of waiting and standing time.I have to stand there waiting like a dog. I don 't blame the workers, i blame the manager who did not do his or her job well. When i asked about my order, they don 't know what to say except belum . Itu pun sebab aku tanya, kalau aku tak tanya rasanya lagi lambat la burger aku sampai.

Ordered twice but both was delivered without sauce. For the first order I thought they forget but when it happened again, haisshhh.. so disappointed. So kedekut.. I paid for it. McDonald's Bintang plaza Miri' manager,please monitor your staff so this kind of service didn't happen again. Disappointed.
