Mcdonald's - Miramar

Waited 30min in drive thru when I got to the window employees all making jokes ...they gave me the burger wrong I only asked for ketchup on it.. when she came back with the new burger and I opened it it was the same burger had ketchup everywhere on excess covering the mustard for me not to see purposely... I ask to make it correctly or to give me a refund and she had no interested in fixing the issue and ask for my card to refund.. NEVER had so bad service in Mc Donald... what type of people are you hiring? To say im 35 weeks pregnant and had to go though this and drive to another Mc Donalds.. horrible service!!

Do Not Come To This, I pulled in they said they were temporarily closed.

I will not be back to this mcdonald. the service was very slow especially for mobile ordering. the customer service was missing due to the short staff of the restaurant. when I received my order 20 minutes later, my riders were cold, they couldn't wait for that.

Great service. harold has excellent customer service skills. each mcdonald’s should have a harold with exactly the same customer knowledge. he is always very friendly and friendly.

Maybe not as organized in the back. The order taker was excellent and customer friendly. The persons who delivered the order got it wrong and then had to wait over 20 minutes for them to bring the correct order to the car. Additional Help needed on Fridays and Saturdays
