Brim - Minneapolis

I wish I could get back and get this vegan Poké shell back. wow! so cheerful and tasteful. every bite was like a work of art. also the hummus plate has made fun to share. I had no idea that this place would be so good. we enjoyed the late summer outdoor seat in the open, although the interiors also felt warm and welcoming. cannot wait to return!

I went to brim because they participated in the twin cities vegan chef challenge. I enjoyed the cauliflower, rice and purple sweet potato bowl. I'm back.

Loved some of her treats, bowls and lattes. Many vegan options. Sweet and outdoor seats. Go before or after the lake! #Veganuary
