The fish and chips, however, left a lot to be desired. There was barely any better, and it was over crispy- not the beer batter as described on menu. Beautiful space and booths. No longer have valet out front, so plan ahead for parking. I really love this space so much and hope it evolves back to an excellent place to eat!
Very unique atmosphere in the lobby of a former bank. The food and service were good, but the menu is somewhat limited. This is a good choice for a meal while traveling for business. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy one floor access
Came here for a business dinner. It was our first visit. First off, the restaurant was very confusing. Just inside the door we stopped at something that looked like a hostess stand but after several minutes someone came by and told us the hostess stand was on the opposite side of the restaurant. We walked to the other side to stand at what appeared to be exactly the same podium. After several minutes someone did come up and sat us. Overall it seemed they were quite short-staffed. Our waiter looked extremely frazzled and was super slow at getting our drinks and food. He was trying though. It just didn't seem to be a very well managed environment. The food was okay but not what I would have expected based on the website. I don't think I would go back given all the other choices in the area.Interestingly, the charge to my credit card was more than what was on our receipt. I only realized it once I got the credit card bill. I have tried for 3 days to reach someone in the restaurant to discuss and have not been able to do so. No one ever answers the phone. I ended up calling the front desk of the hotel who told me there was not a manager of the restaurant but offered to have me speak to a senior server. She put me on hold but no one ever came back to the phone. I will continue to try but am just really disappointed in our overall experience.
Our waiter was great but they just seemed to be short staffed. I thought it would feel more intimate and upscale but it really felt just like a restaurant in a hotel lobby. The food was very subpar. The options were ok for how small the menu was but the food itself was lukewarm, not mind-blowing, and for the price I would expect it to be at least a little elevated. Another interesting thing is one of the other diners in my party ordered an iced tea and the waiter went to the concession area of the hotel lobby by the front desk, grabbed a Gold Peak, and poured it over ice. Overall, wouldn't recommend unless you were staying at the hotel, don't go out of your way to come here.
It took us over a half hour to place our order. It took an hour and a half to get our food. Staff was inadequate and blaming others for the issues. Food what great once we finally got it.
