Napoli's Pizza - Mineral Wells

Tried to place an order on the phone as we were going to pick it up cause we are for. Out of town and staying in the hotel behind Napoli's in mineral wells. Lady was rude and me getting aggravated told her we would just come order it at the store we'll get to the store and they told us there closed. .ind you that online says it closes at 10 we called at 9:20 and stopped at the store at 9:25-30 but yet told us that they closed at 9... Just pure disappointment with this particular location

Great pizza and wings..don't eat nothing else though!

We moved to N.C back in 2018. Napolis has always been our go to for subs and pizza. We came back for a wedding and had four restaurants we just had to fit into our busy schedule and Napolis was on top of the list. We ordered our food at the Mineral Wells branch @9:45 p.m They close at 10 p.m We were expecting alot of attitude when we pulled up at 9:59 p.m To our surprise the manager was very pleasant and professional. There was no hint of displeasure in her voice our actions. She is a true professional and just a good natured person in general. Thank you so much!!! If she could have seen the smiles on our faces as we opened up the subs and took that first bite. Lol

Ordered on very busy Saturday Night. Staff was great, we did wait a little but we'll worth it! Pizza tasty!

Meh. They lied about all fresh veggies...mushrooms are canned. Also, when it says mixed greens , that means 100% romaine lettuce. Oh, and if you don 't have an account/just visiting, expect to make payment when you call the order in.The pizza itself was not horrible, but nothing great either. Hoping the locals have other options. We ate, end of story.
