Mcdonald's - Minden

First time we went to the new MC Donald's the service was fast even going through the drive thru didn't wait at all. The food was great also.

It can't be that hard to look at your order and complete it. Twice in a 2 week period I've asked for an extra hashbrown and twice they've charged me for it and didn't give it. When I called and asked for a manager the girl acted like she didn't understand my question. I guess I'll have to hold up the line to double check my order. Ridiculous

The customer service was terrible with the lady upfront today she was wearing a grey shirt and had burgundy colored hair. My dad me my sister and her cousin all decided to come in and grab breakfast before we went to topaz today she had a complete attitude from the beginning she was not patient at all while we were ordering she kept getting really angry and impatient with us when my dad had asked if cash is okay to pay with she had caught and attitude with him and just kept repeating the amount we were not pleased with her attitude I understand if she’s having a bad day or issues outside of work but you leave those issues at the door before you come in I work customer service so I was shocked to be treated the way we were and she wasn’t just rude with us she was rude with other customers also

I ordered breakfast today to start the lady was extremely rude over the speaker and when I got to the window they didn’t even know what my order was nor was it in the system. I had to reorder and wait extra time for it. I got home and was eating there was multiple eggshells in my sandwich. This isn’t the first problem I have had with McDonald’s they are constantly getting my orders wrong and being extremely rude for no reason at all.

This nicest Mc Donald's. The stuff is very courteous and helpful. When the young lady brought my order to my table she asked if there was anything else she could get for me. Classy for a fast food place.
