Employees decided to be petty charge our card then refuse our coffee and refund the card which takes up to 5 days. Not to mention swearing and being completely obscene in front of my 6 year old daughter. A 6 YEAR OLD. All because they're mad at theperson in my car.
Day after Thanksgiving at 0545 (2022) in the drive thru. It 's not a car in the lot. Ordering for a family of 4. Greeted with.. Yes? Is that it? repeated Is this a big order? Really? Here 's your food. I 'm not sure if this is what DunkinDonuts means by Standard of Service.
The woman, who I assume is the manager, is extremely rude! She is very impatient and short when she is taking orders. She has a very unpleasant demeanor. I try to avoid this location at all cost, even going out of my way to get coffee and breakfastsomeplace else. The other day I stopped by this location o get something for my daughter before she started school. After thegentleman gave me my order, I told him that I ordered 2 hash Browns. This woman, who was standing behind him, yelled in an angrytone that I did not order 2 hashbrowns. (She was the one that took my order). She continued by swearing and yelling at thegentleman giving me my order. The gentleman apologized. I told him it was not his fault, but this manager didn't need to be sorude and swear at the customers and her staff. If she doesn't like her job so much, then she should leave. I'll continue toboycott as much as possible, but every time I do go back, she is always rude.
This place is a joke, the management is clueless, they're losing staff left and right and currently have the most miserable emotionally inept manager that can't help but run her customers and staff out the door. I drive 15 minutes to get coffee whenthis location is a 5 minute walk. Nobody is trained, nothing is sanitary, the munchkin box is littered with flies, they mess uphalf the orders and it's become the most miserable place to be. Hire a new manager before you run out of customers, staff, orboth
