Papa Johns Pizza - Mills River

Ordered pizza for delivery today at lunch time 10/25/23 15 minutes after I placed my order a lady called to say delivery was not available which is absolutely ridiculous because it said it was when I placed my order so I went picked it up, come to find out the lady was the only one there but i have to say she did an excellent job because it was the best pizza I've ever gotten from Papa Johns it looked like she was doing all the work that 3 or 4 people should have been doing so kudos to her for making great pizzas!

Ordered 2:45 got 4:18. Driver didn’t follow directions at all. Finally got pizza after 95min and the Pizza is cold. Not at all happy. Will not spend $30.00 again can just order dominos on the corner.The app won’t allow the rating to go

The person taking my order was intelligent and articulate. Delivery was excellent. One drink was left out of the order, and the deliverer offered to make a run to the store to replace it. Rare, appreciated, but not necessary.

Love the thin crust with everything on it. I always call in my order and they tell me how long it will be, and it is "always ready. Quick,friendly service. My only con: I have to repeatedly tell them I cannot have ANY hot seasoning or hot peppers on it,as I am very very allergic to hot spice of any kind. So either they are not understanding the English language or the cook is rebelling against my order, or they don 't realize that red pepper seasoning is in the same classification as a hot pepper would be in. I choose to believe it is my last reason. We shall see as I am ordering one this evening. If they don 't get it correct this time then I will start taking my pizza business elsewhere. Why Yelp forces me to write more in my review really ticks me off!!

Used my papa rewards to get pizza delivered. The Store called and told me I would have to pick up the pizza because they only deliver pizza in the morning.
