Wooden Nickel - Millersburg

Great place. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious. Had bacon cheese fries, shrimp basket.

Me and my family have been at this establishment a few times. Though more recently I personally can feel this restaurant went down hill. First off, you can hear kitchen staff from the dining room. I have also seen this place packed and it seems to be only one person cooking through the glass. On Google it says this place is great for kids yet there is no kids menu? Waitresses have mainly been a delight except for the Bartender ? I personally don’t find it appropriate for any staff to sit at a table. I feel like it is very unprofessional. Me and my wife were over hearing way too much about this Bartenders life. I want to relax and enjoy my food, I pay to eat not hear the worker s personal lives. She has been the only bartender I’ve seen there. I never got her name and would rather not assume. Though I prefer the dining room and I think me and my family will stay on that side. Other then that I find the both the hostess’s and waitress’s to be enjoyable. The food is really good as well.

Food is really good. Service is slow, but maybe because of lack of workers. One waitress was there, but she did her best. Wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry. Would recommend if you have time. Enjoyed the food.

First impression, the host was amazing. I work in the restaurant industry and wish I was as charismatic as she was. Until our server showed up. She seemed like she had better things to do. A couple of examples: using the fact that she had been there for a month to not know how to answer questions. Her name was Haelee btw. She was making excuses of why we couldn 't have accommodations such as having peppers added to a sandwich when its part of a sandwich on the menu the Philly steak cheese). I get it, bad day. When food came out, a member from our table stated how portion was not the same. ...which obv isn 't the servers fault but she stated I didn 't make it like huh??? No kindness or enthusiasm was displayed. The end of the experience was topped off by her and another server speaking loudly and poorly of the host who made the BEST impression with us. She also brought boxes and the check maybe 5 min into our meal which she mentioned was probably not the appropriate time. Terrible.
