I was surprised, though, that there is just the one sauce. The Texas toast is good, the fries are okay (crinkle cut but thin), and I don't eat cole slaw. The lemonade is good, the crushed ice is nice. Refreshingly simple menu (the only difference between the combos are the number of chicken fingers). Reasonably priced. Worth waiting in a two-hour line? No. But for a lunch on a normal fast-food lunch day? Sure!
I really like eating chicken fingers here. I only have one issue, the chicken fingers are small. You might get lucky and get some longer ones. Other than that, my family and I eat here once a week. The sauce and bread is really good too. The drive thru line is super long. Most of the time, it's better to go on the inside. You will get your food faster. If you go inside, order your food then take your receipt to the employee by the soda fountain or they might come up to you. Show your receipt and they will make your drinks. The other employees will call you when your food is ready. It's fast and easy. If you go through the drive thru, you will love their greeting!!! It will make you smile and laugh. Hopefully, they will start making longer chicken fingers! You can see the pic on how small the fingers are. It was still good.
I love their chicken. It's not oily, not too salty, tastes very healthy. I definitely come back canes again.
This was our first time eating at Raising Cane's in the Mililani Town Center. It was quiet when we got there around 5:00 pm and we were greeted by Frederick (Fred) who kindly and patiently helped us decide what to order by asking a couple of questions and then recommending the large combo since we wanted to share a meal. The large combo consists of 6 chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, 2 containers of sauce, and a thick slice of toasted and buttered bread. We are not normally fond of breast meat since it is generally dry, however the fingers are very moist and flavorful at RC. The sauce is also tasty and looks very much like thousand island dressing. The coleslaw isn't overly sweet which was a first for me. It was good coleslaw, though. We liked it. The fries tasted like they had been sitting a few minutes before being served. Probably because we arrived during a lull. They weren't crispy which is how I prefer them, but they were okay. Fred walked our food over to our table which was surprising. I think maybe I was supposed to wait near the counter but it was a nice gesture to bring it to us and he did it with a smile. Fred has great energy and a likeable personality. He seems to enjoy people and his job and it translates into an excellent employee. Actually everyone there seemed to like their job. Positive energy all around. Thank you, Fred for your excellent customer service and winning personality. We will definitely eat there again.
Always great tasting chicken, if not the best. Tender and not overly fried. Definitely 5 ??
