Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have some complaints but overall I enjoy this restaurant. I visit every day for coffee and most of the staff are friendly. However, there are a few employees who do not do a good job. Every Sunday my coffee is bad, with the vanilla sunk to the bottom of the cup, giving it no flavor. This has happened every Sunday I have visited. Additionally, I asked for extra ice for my coffee but did not receive any. I hope the staff can improve on these issues.
I am hooked on this place. I'm disappointed that they no longer offer the salted caramel mocha. It was my go-to drink during the holidays.
I had the most delightful customer service experience ever at this restaurant. Lynn at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and even added sweet little pictures to my biscuit bag and coffee cup. It was a pleasant surprise and made my pick-up much more enjoyable than just getting coffee in a rush.
I've never been to this place before and I'm not one to complain, but if someone is rude from no reason, it's guaranteed a complaining. I ordered an ice-sized caramel macchiato with extra caramel when I came into the window, it was a hot caramel macchiato and I just said: "I ordered an icy caramel macchiato." they make my drink and I suppose it was manager, she came in the window not aggressiw, but definitiw with attitude, and unhealthy I said
This location is not the closest Starbucks to me but I drove here because my Starbucks is always randomly closed (when it should normally be open). I’m so glad I drove to this one. Fast service and the nicest employees I’ve ever met at a Starbucks! Im tempted to drive to this one instead of the one closest to me just because I loved this location so much!
