Hardee's - Milbank

They had hardly any food, no fries, no bacon, etc... they said they had onion rings they were disgusting we couldn't eat them! We waited more then 20 minutes in the drive thru only to receive food we couldn't eat!!

Love their hot ham and cheese sandwiches. And of course- those curly fries!!

I would have given more, but the lady at the till, instead of asking me if that would be all, she turned her back and proceeded to yap with a coworker. I hadn?t even paid yet. I told her I wasn?t done. I asked her if they had curly fries. She said yes and added them to my sandwich only order. I was so flustered that I couldn?t even finish the order. I walked away paying for food I didn?t want. And when I tried to call her on it, she just turned her back and continued to yap. The other workers had to interrupt her for me to get help. She was the only one at the tills. I wanted to give less, but it wasn?t fair to the other workers actually doing their job and making every experience there a good one. If you cannot be nice you should be a bill collector or something like that. And leave your problems at the door.

This used to be a fantastic place, but it has declined in recent months. If you see three or more cars in line at the drive-thru, it's best to skip it and head over to Taco John's instead. Also, make sure to double-check your order before leaving, as they often get it wrong.

I used to love visiting this place, but my experience this morning really disappointed me. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my favorite breakfast sandwich, the Frisco. Unfortunately, what I received was quite disappointing. The sandwich only had egg and ham, and both tasted burnt. To make matters worse, there was no cheese at all! I waited at the drive-up window for 15 minutes for food that was far from acceptable. I'm really unsure if I should give this place another chance.
