Casey's - Milbank

The slushie machines are functioning and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The cashier was pleasant and there is ample parking available.

The woman working at the counter is extremely unpleasant, while the other woman just laughs. This is a terrible place.

To start off, there is an employee named Sylvia who is consistently disrespectful to customers at this restaurant. My friends and I, who are regular patrons, have experienced her rude behavior firsthand. She often mishandles our drinks and chips, showing a lack of care and professionalism. It is unacceptable to treat customers in such a manner, especially when we do not exhibit a negative attitude towards her. After enduring this behavior for a year, it is clear that Sylvia must either resign, find a new job, or be terminated from her position. The level of disrespect we have encountered is unacceptable and action needs to be taken immediately.

Our meal was flawless in every way, thank you for the delicious food!

I am only giving two stars because the lady that works behind the counter with the dreads is super nice oh, and that once again, Casey’s gas station never has receipt paper in the pump. I will probably be filling up there today and I will take a picture of the pump once again, if there is no receipt paper, I filled up there three times last week, and every single time I filled up there was no receipt paper at the pump.
