We ate at la unica tonight. terrible experience. the music was so loud that you had to talk to your guests. the waiting employees have kept us up to finish our courses quickly. I ordered the fish of the day, boned, it came cold and with bones in it. I ordered a bottle of Spanish white wine from the menu. When our food came, I was told that the wine was not available and instead a Mexican white wine was offered. my friend ordered the barbacoa and it came with so much oregano on it, he could not even taste the meat. at the end we asked them to call us a taxi because it rained strongly and they refused to say that they did not provide this service. it was a terrible evening. did not go so that it is that way!

Great protection for meat lovers in the polanco district. short ribs with mescal melt in mouth flamed and the bark chichirron comes crispy and delicate interesting cheesecake with four cheese varieties, including a blue, accompanied by a red wine ice cream perfect location, trendy terrace,...good service smoke and weine from mexiko and in the private country also forget

I've never written a bad review, and that's actually a good one when they read. but tell my warning. we arrived on time, and our table was not available, but this is not how I would summarize this poor evening, but rather. demonstrate my flexibility and that I actually wanted to like this restaurant. I was in order with an indoor instead of outdoor seating, but I experienced a waiter who seemed to have a hate on me, who was unstoppable. I was dressed suitable for the restaurant, possibly at the top end of the clientele, was polite and even in order, ignored as reaction to my reservation, but he, melquiades, was a terrible hating man. my wife is Mexican and he was good with her and with my two 18 year old children. but he would not speak to me, would not give me a menu or even bring my food or drinks at the same time. I had to ask my wife to ask everything about and about, and other servers would bring my order. as long as they are international, and this person works here, they do not go to this very expensive but wonderful restaurant. our food was excellent. our drinks were great. the whole staff was great, but I must tell everyone non-Mexico people to avoid this restaurant. the other server were excellent. it was expensive, but excellent. I can't tell them how terrible this person was. After my family went, I stepped in again to see what his problem was and he refused to look at me. if they hate Americans or hate non-Mexicans, they should not be in the service industry. I don't wish anyone anything bad, but I wish you didn't waste your money and have a bad night with this person. do not go because they may have a very expensive and beautiful experience that is ruined by a really hating person. they can imagine that a perfect night will be ruined by such an dishonest terrible personality, before their family. he is terrible and when they book a reservation, they ask at least whether they do not have melquiades.

Excellent service and wide array of dishes to appeal to any palate. Great for lunch in open air seating and a vivid night scene for the younger crowd.

Vine en compañía de gente de negocios que quería impresionar. Hice el ridículo totalmente. La música parecía de antro. No podíamos hablar. El gerente se resistió al máximo para bajarle. Después de pedir tres veces distintas opciones de vino tinto – pues en las tres ocasiones no tenían lo que pedíamos de la carta – nos trajeron la comida en distintos momentos.La comida es deliciosa. Es lo único rescatable. El servicio es pésimo. Nos olvidaron varias veces en la terraza por lapsos de 10 a 15 minutos sin darse una vuelta. Cuando al fin logramos pedir la cuenta, olvidaron agregar varios artículos en la cuenta en dos ocasiones, la tercera vez que se equivocaron nos molestó mucho por ser descuidados. En general, es una pena que un lugar tan bonito esté atendido por gente poco profesional, descuidada y poco atenta. Vayan bajo su propio riesgo! Definitivamente no volveré.
