Deplorable welcome, borderline rude... We are treated like cattle... Server completely overwhelmed by too large an influx of customers and a cruel lack of organization, which is essential in a restaurant on the slopes. The stress and great agitation is felt too much in the staff... Waiting 30 minutes before the order was taken and while other tables that arrived after us were served! When the cook himself has to bring our dish he almost throws the plates on the table. I asked twice for a pitcher of water and never received it... After 20 minutes of waiting to order a dessert and a coffee we left without having ordered it and had to insist on paying . I have the impression, from what I have observed, that local and regular customers are better treated and considered... I work in the profession and it hurts to see this and to have wasted my time and money on vacation. However, it was an acquaintance of the country who recommended the establishment to me! Take an example from the neighboring restaurant Le Refuge which offers 5/5 welcome, service and cuisine!

It's not possible to drink hot chocolate or coffee...It's eat or nothing!! And yes you don't bring anything back if you don't eat. Always a question of money...
