Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Midvale

This is one of favorite Popeyes locations. I try to go when it isn't too busy, as I know sometimes they have a bit of a hard time with too many customers at once. That being said, their service is great, the place is usually pretty clean, but best of all, their chicken is top notch. I love their crispy chicken sandwich most of all. It's tender and filled with flavor. The fries in blackened ranch sauce are superb as well. The tenders are also good but have more of a crunch to them. Great food.

30 minute wait for my food (11 piece family meal) through the drive through. I get that it was busy, but there was no “sorry for the wait” or “thanks for your patience” or any acknowledgement at all. The also forgot a part of my order (3 piece beignet) and had to wait for them to correct that too, again with no word of apology. Good food, for sure, but the team needs some customer service training.

This Location in Midvale has inaccurate order more than half of the time. I don’t get it. After getting several wrong orders, I decided to always check my order before leaving the pickup window and they still cannot get the order right!! I asked for drumsticks and thighs only, 4 pieces of cinnamon apple pie, big portion of rice and beans. I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken. No problem, I said. Really? I haven’t been to this location in a while and just had the worst customer service drive through. So rude, not a pleasant voice when taking my order! And not even a thank you when taking my money. Me, my family or friends will never eat at a Popeyes Restaurant In the future. Food was also disappointing.
