Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Midland

I wouldn't say this place has authentic Mexican food, but they do a great job trying. And those who do not know how authentic Mexican food flavor would love to make this place for its simple way? Mexican? Eat. It is a fast food restaurant because they are QUICK when it comes to operating the weather, it is the ride thru call in or go into them are fast. The foods aren't all bad, though as I said? Simple quick dishes, again understandable Fast Food Mexican restaurant and all. I prefer beef fajita Nachos you need to ask for extra meat because they do not put a whole lot of meat in their food. Well, when it comes to Fajitas (Bef or Chicken) I know they're not generous in the amount of meat they put. Also one last thing before the inflation of this place was much over price it?s expensive for a fast food restaurant. But this is a Bobby Cox company for you. You're excellent in cleanliness, I'll say that. I lined when I said one last thing right now, I mean it really one last thing the decor is really nice???

Food was evil, tacos fell apart, rice was dry/hard, from tortillas, chips were stale(tostadas), and gallon of tea was already bad!! This place is getting worse in the week.

It was a joy to visit Rosa's! My family has been going to Rosa's for decades! It was a favorite there in several locations there in Midland! I met with my brother I haven't seen since 2004 I believe... it was like stepping back in time. The food still the same. The locations here in Killeen are great, just something about home I guess. Thank you for great service and letting us catch up for a while! Highly recommend!

Usually you have a good experience here today. Ordered food in the ride and went to the pick-up window and noticed a bag that seemed to drop my order on the floor. I thought he'd fix it and replace the things that fell. To my surprise I opened the bag and salsa and cheese everywhere. Try to call the restaurant and was sent to voice mail. Back and the manager was helpful to replace the food.

My wife ordered a taco plate tacos were meat salad - no tomatoes, nor cheese. I opened my beef fajitas afteros up to only 3 small pieces of fajita meat. Fast service is nice, but if you? re going so fast that you can?t get the order directly, then you have to slow down and pay better attention, and stop tearing people out. At the price of the plates they were not worth it! Goodbye!
