Fountainville Creamery Soda Fountain

This place is great if you want to get ripped off. I ordered and was charged for a 24oz malt. It said 24oz on my receipt. The malt was served in a cup that was clearly marked 16oz. The math on this one isn’t very hard.

We came all the way from Austin, Texas to try the Black Gold ice cream we saw on the Texas Bucket List show and they were OUT!! On a Saturday… So disappointed. ? We had to settle for the Buttered Pecan instead.Had they had it, I would have given a 5 star review. Who runs out of ice cream on a Saturday???

Was very excited to try this place with my boyfriend. The boys who helped us did not wear gloves, I could see their underwear and overcharged us. Seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. The “dipped” cones was just chocolate sauce poured into the cone which made it fall apart. The cups are just boats for hotdogs at a baseball game. For a place with so many 5 star reviews it did not live up to what we expected.

One of the best places to get homemade ice cream and soda pop! They let taste test every unique flavors they have there and their employees know how to top them off with excellent choices of topping to make them taste exquisite! So good that I had to bring the family down for them to try it out themselves! They enjoyed it!

What a delicious treat that Fountainville Creamy makes. My girls and I tried their famous Black Gold ice cream in a sample bite and we all decided to get a custom waffle cone. My husband decided on a strawberry banana Shake. My oldest got a scoop of Hummingbird ice cream it was a lavender color with black gold ice cream. My youngest got a scoop of cookie monster and chocolate ice cream. I got chocolate and black gold. All were delicious and we all had to try each other's ice cream. Luna our service dog even got a pup cup which is just a kids mini cup with whipped cream. If you are in Midland you should check this place out, it is a bit pricy but worth it.
