Arlington Pointe - Middletown

My mother was sent to this restaurant after a car accident, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The staff here is lazy, unprofessional, and does not even follow their own Covid protocols. My mother ended up getting even sicker while she was there, potentially catching Covid and delaying her recovery. They seemed to prioritize their employees' well-being over that of their own patients. Their lack of care left my mother dehydrated and needing to be taken to the hospital. The nurses were all sweaty, and their therapy was subpar. They wouldn't even return my calls to discuss her progress. Do not send your loved ones here!

This is by far the best facility I ever had to do business with. my wife received care for wound care a uti and Covid-19 related side effects. delirium over all muscle weaknesses. and appetit loss. she was in another facility where she developed open sores on her lower and left shoulder. was admitted for this wound in the sick house and then transferred to arlington. where the problems were finally properly maintained. the institutions are amazing. with everything you could ever need from the simplest manual exercise equipment to water therapy and everything in between. the rooms are large brightly decorated and clean. the personal is even more amazing than the institutions. because of their disease my wife had severe problems to understand what and why the things were done for her care. they were always patient and professional. I give them a total of 5 only because there are no six.

I was there for 2 hours. This place is terrible. Usually when you enter a place, someone is there to explain how the system works so you know what to expect and a little about the place. Never happened. It took them 25 minutes to answer the call button and the room phone didn't work. The ONE nurse that I did see was RUDE!!!

This place is amazing. The staff is upbeat and attentive to the needs of those staying here for rehab. The facility is bright, clean and well maintained. The care my family m ember is receiving is top notch and on point. Lots happening here for socialization, activities. Food offerings are good and well prepared. Therapy options are amazing and their facilities are abundant to fulfill the needs of getting one back to their independence. I cannot rave enough about this facility or the staff here. Best choice we made following surgery with rehab needed.
