Amazing eating, amazing server, great eating and drinks! didn't even have to ask for refills, the server has just got them for us will definitely get back soon!

We visited the restaurant for our sons birthday and we had a really great experience. They made a big deal of our little boy with lots of unexpected little extras which our son was over the moon with and we really appreciated that the team made him feel very special. Will definitely be visiting again! Well done TGIs!

Went to have a nice time out with my Nan and partner. Safe to say the food quality was impeccable and the team were nothing less than outstanding. Tried the new meatless sesame chicken which was so tasty. The manager, Mari, brought over some tasters of the new meatless options to try (so tasty again) and the waitress Abi was so kind and made the experience worth the visit. Will definitely return! Food was OK, all premade though. Had better elsewhere for much less money. The atmosphere and decoration are quite nice.

Came here for a meal with friends, service was shocking we sat for about 10/15 minutes and still hadn’t had a drink order placed. Not once did anyone ask us how our food was or if we wanted a refill. We then caught someone and asked if we could order, he continued to roll his eyes at us and told us he would go get someone. The wait between starter and main was easily over an hour and when the food did arrive it was dry, looked like it’d been sat for ages and was overall not nice at all. Would not come back or recommend anyone else to. I don’t usually leave a review but I thought this was needed as I am struggling to think of anything good about the experience.
