We ordered 3 McCrispy deluxe sandwiches, that means you get lettuce and tomatoes. We pay then get to the second window and they tell us, we don 't have any tomatoes. OK, so we pay $2 extra per sandwich for chopped up lettuce? Then the person at the window says. Sorry, I just work here, I literally just work for corporate. Do you want a soda? What happened to at least saying let me adjust the price so it reflects a proper price for the inconvenience, or would you like a different sandwich? No real solution was offered.This further drives the fact that I should not be consuming McDonald 's, not only is it very unhealthy, but you can 't even get proper customer service. Iceland has banned McDonald 's, look it up. They have had an actual burger and fries on display for the past 11 years, it has not molded or rotted or anything they are still intact. That is not what real food should do!
I come here about 5 to 6 times a week for my family. They handle any issues with care and all of my food professionally and with continuity as one expects. Kelsey is one of the key names along with Sean, who are dedicated and spend much of their days providing, excellent care as McDonald’s would expect. Store 6830 should most definitely have a team meeting with their staff and think the incredible team as it’s just a trickle down. Good management means the workers will be Happy and that’s generally the case for the store. I see smiles, even though the patience of the community still has room to grow.Kid-friendliness: It is always enjoyable and memorable anytime I bring my children
Love going here for breakfast. We even bring the dog and order something just for him. It's even better now that we have the app. Lots of freebies and easy to earn and use points.I don't have too many complaints about the service at this location. Occasionally the wrong item gets put in the correct wrapper, or the order takes much longer than I expect- especially since I'm doing mostly mobile orders. But the crew is always apologetic and quick to fix the issue.
Make sure you keep your receipt. They honestly must purposely mess up your order, and forget items because this is like the 5th time ordering food and they didn’t get it right, the items are also just wrong like ordered a Diet Coke and got a Sprite, gave me two breakfast sandwiches, instead of the burgers I ordered. They forgot multiple items in one order. They just can’t get it right. I don’t think it’s on accident anymore because they are so consistent with it. And if you do leave the window before checking they don’t answer their phone so good luck.
