However, as I reached the traffic light about a quarter of a mile away, I tried a few fries, which were hot and fresh. When I finally took a bite of the burger, I realized it was missing lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Frustrated, I turned around and returned to the restaurant to have my order fixed. The woman at the drive-thru window asked for my receipt, which I provided. After a minute or two, she handed me a freshly made burger with all the requested toppings. I also had to remember to ask for my receipt back, as she hadn’t returned it to me.

During my visit to the drive-thru, I was given a menu that had no prices listed. The burger I ordered was poorly constructed and served on a stale bun. Additionally, the burger patty was inexplicably torn in half. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. I felt like I was being herded through the line. I truly disliked it and would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I drove from Tampa to visit this Whataburger, which is the closest location to us. Sometimes, you just have to satisfy your craving for Whataburger, even if it means a three-hour drive! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted, and Liz promised to make our visit special. She certainly delivered—the burgers were fantastic, and the banana pudding milkshakes made the three-hour drive home much more enjoyable. We were extremely happy with our overall experience and the delicious food, and we will definitely return. I highly recommend this place!

I'm so sick of this location and their subpar service. Our orders are ALWAYS wrong. Tonight, ordered the peppercorn chicken club no tomatoes, add pickles tonight. Got a slice of chicken with NO BACON OR CHEESE (comes on the darn club) some pickles and TOMATOES slapped on it. Not worth $2 let alone the $10 bucks they charge for it. I keep giving this location chances... but I'm over it. Culver's will get my business from now on.

Is have been here a couple times and haven't had a bad experience. Staff has been welcoming and helpful. The food has been hot and fresh during all meals. The lobby and lot are clean as are the bathrooms. Best experience at a Northeast Florida Whataburger location. They aren't skimping on anything and drinks are still self fill.
