Umi - Middleburg Heights

I went to lunch with friends last week and loved it. I don't eat sushi, but I have shrimp teriyaki from the Hibachi menu. The service was excellent and the food was great. For $10 I got a small bowl of soup, a small salad, about 8 shrimps and a bowl of rice. I was full. Your dishes are presented beautifully. My friend had a noodle dish that a baby orchid had about it. There's a problem I could see and that's the restaurant too small. It was full of lunch, so I can imagine how it was at dinner!

From presentation to taste, this is a 5 star local jewel! They were able to our party of 8, the food and the service was top notch! The prices were more similar, but usually it is cheaper, the lower the quality of the foods, but really not the case here. We are already planning our weekly journey to the family restaurant for the foreseeable future.

Umi is incredible! The food is so fresh and well presented. Prices are reasonable. The staff is so friendly and really take care of good service. Mom and I go very often for lunch and my cousin and I also have any chance we get. In any case, over the top happy to have this restaurant in our neighborhood.

We love this place for dine in and take out! Best sushi we have found in the area. Highly recommend the pearl roll and the shrimp hibachi.

First time having dinner at Umi. New to the area, was skeptical until reviews said it was a must. Let me tell ya, it was amazing! Only reason for 4 stars is the side of shrimp had entirely too much sauce on it. It was way overboard. Other than that, phenomenal. See you soon.
