Brew Garden - Middleburg Heights

We order out a lot due to my work schedule and my wife’s health, she is not able to cook much, so I see a lot of different staff and taste different food. I have eaten here before and it was really good but this time, it was incredible. The young women greeting at the gate were incredibly helpful, nice and professional. I had 2 people ask me if I had been helped after I was helped. Not to mention, the porch looked great outside and they had a nice remix of 2Pacs Dear Mama playing instead of the typical type of music you hear. Great job to all of the staff there. We will be back more often because of you.

First of all, it was ungodly hot inside their air conditioners broke no fans.. Second of all, I think the food was a little bit expensive. The salad was good but I don't think it was $20 good.

Sat in the patio, I was told every tap was broken except for Sam Adam’s summer, and lemon shandy. Hard to be called Brew Garden when you don’t have Brews on tap. The Bar tender said it was because of the heat they haven’t had them working for a few days. Being a home brewer and kegging my own beer, I know heat has nothing to do with a tap being broke. Furthermore, the floor behind the bar in the patio was Jon Tafford Bar Rescue filthy. A cook/runner came and dipped his cup and filled it with ice from the ice chest, not using a scoop. Not impressed and won’t be back.

After a long drive down on a Thursday night, my friends and I decided to try this establishment. When we first arrived, we were greeted with being advised that if you 'd like to stay, you would need to sit on the Patio, their air was broke. Well, that decreased the amount of brew we could even try. We decided the patio was fine. After a 10 minute wait for an already cleaned table, we were sat. We waited another 10 minutes or so before the staff asked for our drink choices. When I tried to order our appetizer as she was taking and writing our drink order, she said, Hold on, I 'll be right back ...to help the table next to us. We then waited 20 minutes or so to get our order in when the manager heard the complaints at our table. Another 10 to order our food. Only to be told about 45 minutes later, one of our choices was out of stock. After 2 1/2 hours later, we finally got okay food. Then, the sauce debacle. No one remembered we asked for condiments until the food was gone. My friends and I will definitely not be going back. We had high hopes. Good luck...please have patience.

It was a hot day. I had a garden salad with crispy chicken. It was very good. The restaurant was pretty busy. It was stuffy in the restaurant.
