Dunkin' - Middle River

I had a frustrating experience at Umm Yall where they continued to make mistakes with my order and ended up giving me water, ice cream, and coffee. However, the manager was very pleasant.

Arrival to 7 pm ..2 de cafe coffees were burned as it was in a pot for hours ..donuts were not fresh but not too bad .. I had a meeting or the coffees would have gone back.

I live close to this Dunkin' Donuts and my family frequents it often. I am finally taking the time to write a review as I wait in the long line once again. This Dunkin' Donuts used to have good service - fast and accurate orders. However, it seems that there is new management and the service has completely deteriorated. They are very slow now, even when there is no line. They need to improve their service and get it together.

Awful experience! Two of the employees were screaming and cursing at each other through the drive thru window holding up the line. One employee was no longer working and at the window and the other employee was working ignoring my self and other customers because she was busy yelling at the employee. Also agree with Jasmine, there were flies everywhere by the counter and doughnuts.

Waited for my order for 45 minutes, but that was ok because people smiled pleasantly.
