Mcalister's Deli - Miccosukee

So disappointed. Waited 45+ minutes for three sandwiches and left without even receiving our food. It took so long that we requested a refund. The manager was rude and could’ve cared less about the terrible service she/staff provided. So lazy disappointing. Don’t waste your time at this location until it’s under new management.

Ordered lunch at 11:13 and after 20 minutes went to check where the food was. The lady at the front counter said, you 're next . 20 minutes later I go to check again and they are starting to package up a carry out catering order. I had to leave so asked for a refund and the managers name. MaKayla is the managers and she was rude about the refund. Waited 46 minutes and no food. As refund was being issued the food came and compensation to make it right was offered. Unreal. MaKayla the manager needs to do better.

First, l love this place. However, the last three times we ordered delivery from here (BLTs), the bread hasn't been toasted. C'mon. It's not a hard thing to do.

McCalisters doesn't feel like a deli beyond getting your order in at the counter. It's freshly made food and just delicious. I had a Cuban Sandwich that was one of the best I've had. I'm a bit of a Cuban expert having spent many years in Miami and all those fresh pressed goodies. If you're headed to a deli, try McCalisters !

I love Mcalisters Deli! They are a real deli. They use quality meats, the sandwich selection is great, and the sandwiches are always pressed to perfection. They're now my go-to sandwich spot!
