Kfc - Miamisburg

Ordered online on a Saturday. Missing half the order. Called the store several times with no answer. The next day was Easter, so we called the day after, Monday. The manager said, Since you didn 't call Saturday or Sunday we can 't do anything for you. I told her we called several times Saturday but nobody answered. Yesterday was Easter and we thought they were closed. She then hung up on us.

Been eating here for years!!! they have consistently had the best original chicken recipe chicken. hot, moist, delicious. Never have seen another kfc as consistent as this store.

Ordered 2 3pc was supposed to have 2 coleslaw a Mac and a mashwith gravy and my dr.pepper wasn't supposed to have ice. we got 2 mashpotatoes with gravy a Mac and 1 coleslaw and they didn't fill my drink up all the way and the whole cup is ice.Please double check your food we unfortunately made that mistake.

The smash bowl was a disappointment. A ball of plain mashed potatoes served over a small amount of fries on the very bottom. The place seemed clean and the service was fast. The food however, was not that great.

Went through drive thru, the lady who took the order was nice. However, her manager kept yelling over her headset at her. You could hear it. No biscuits equals a handful of fries with a 16 piece meal. The coleslaw was dry and tasted as if it had not been mixed. The tenders look like they came from Walmart in a bag. Nothing like KFC shows in photos of product. We were parked. Forgot part of our order, had to wait even longer and still no biscuits.
