Wow! Dalian was above and beyond! I don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants but he made the experience amazing! Never thought I'd say that... you order, pay, pickup, drive home... this guy was great and can see him going places. I went to two other taco bells before coming to this one. Yes.. two others for the New Flamming Taco. The location on 88th said they ran out... the location in the hammocks. The girl said it's discontinued... really.... I didn't even want to argue so drove off. Called this location and he said they were available. I asked if he could make sure we could order two. He said no problem. Come over and we'll take care of you. This is the kind of service that makes all the difference. I would have given 5 starts but it is a taco bell... the quality of food isn't all that great but I would go back and drive the extra 5 minutes (total of 10) because of the experience. Thanks Dalian!
The ladies in the morning at the drive-thru are very nice. I get my breakfast here throughout the week and i have yet to come across an issue.
Horrible experience with management!!!! Never been a complainer of food since I use to work in Taco Bell when I was young however possibly the worst interaction with a shift manager at the time. Ordered chicken instead of beef and the gentlemanliterally gave me two small pieces of chicken, my Gordita crunch was literally lettuce, cheese and two very small pieces ofchicken. I kindly went back through drive thru and showed the cashier , he shrugged his shoulders and told me that?s what theygive. When I proceeded to speak to the manager or shift leader Mr. Yan Carlos Milan came to speak to me and rudely said that?sall we give. I asked for my refund and he nonchalantly said no problem and was rude about giving me the store number. He cameback and then said this is what we give and if you don?t like it call corporate. Which I will be doing. As long as you have aleader who treats customer that type of way this store will continue to decline sales. Leaders should be an example. Fast foodor not I was a paying customer. Wish I would of took a picture of the food so you can all get a good laugh at what theyconsider a chicken portion. SMH.
What a coincidence that everything I come here at night it's always cash only. Either they are tax evading or the workers are stealing money... Management needs to investigate.
