Mcdonald's - Miami

I ordered a burger and chicken nuggets. When I was making the order, I was asked if I wanted any sauces, I asked for honey mustard and ranch. When my order was ready, I checked it, and there were no sauces, I told the lady on the window, and she asked me, "Are you sure? I looked at her, and I told her there 's no sauces in this bag. She asked me for the bag back so she could see inside if there were sauces in there and to her surprise there wasn 't. I understand some people ask for a lot and when. They don 't get it, they lie, but in my case, I wasn 't lying, and I really didn 't like the way she handled the situation. She was rude and unprofessional.

Drive thru open 24 hours also has signs all over the building declaring it’s 24 hours drive thru but closes almost every night

Should really update their signs and hours online. It says drive thru is open 24hrs online, drove to it, to find out that it was closed at midnight on a Wednesday. Made the drive for no reason.

There was one girl (looked like she was in middle school) taking my boyfriends order he had ordered a second order , we get to the window the lady is all like well they didn 't take your order so what do you want worst experience here they were so rude even the lady who handed us the food. have a great day. don 't come here
