And don't even get me started on the state of the bathrooms—it's as if they completely neglected to clean them. Honestly, I only had a somewhat decent experience thanks to a female employee with glasses; otherwise, I would have given this place a zero rating. I'm honestly surprised the health inspector hasn't shut this place down yet. Avoid it at all costs!

I've been visiting this KFC for years and have always enjoyed their classic Kentucky Fried Chicken. However, I've noticed a significant decline in both service and food quality. This location frequently runs out of items like barbecue sauce, chicken tenders, cup lids, and more. On my last visit, the chicken tenders resembled dark meat, the biscuits were burnt, and the coleslaw was just okay. I really hope to see improvements in the future.

The staff at this restaurant are incompetent and lack accountability, as does the owner, Sayed Food Enterprises. I reached out to the county and the Better Business Bureau, but after months of filing complaints regarding their mishandling of orders, hygiene issues, and unprofessional employees, I have yet to receive a response.

We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Every table was clean, actually the entire place it was. The customer service was lady was so nice, attentive and wut goid manners that we were nicely impressed since you don't see this kind of service veryoften in fast food restaurants, especially in Miami.
