Graziano's Brickell - Miami

Only one server service was slow. Nice waiter but too many tables fir one server.

All the dishes were excellently prepared and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again.

Made a reservation for 9:45 and upon arrival, they informed us that they could not longer receive us because it eas too late. We had to find another location for dinner

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food was very disappointing, with dry empanadas, soggy fries, wet Brussels sprouts, and mediocre steaks that lacked flavor. As locals in Miami, we have tried many steakhouses and this was by far the worst.

The server was not very helpful in guiding us with our choices. They did not provide much information or recommendations. We were a small group of four who had never dined there before. The server also failed to wish the three mothers at our table a happy Mother's Day. I am not a fan of restaurants where the tip is automatically included, as it often takes away from the overall quality of service provided.
