Figat Chefs Kitchen - Miami

I ended up in Figat due to a YELP recommendation and what a surprise. The atmosphere was great, the attention fantastic and the food delicious.I had the grilled mahi with a side of jasmine rice and beans. The beans were deliciously seasoned and the fish very fresh. It’s a great spot for lunch or a date, but the food is inviting regardless of the occasion. Give this place a chance, you won’t regret it.

A hidden gem right here near homestead. Just happened to be walking thru Cauley square when I heard great music with a wonderful odor of food. Had to follow it. The food is amazing. Reasonably priced. What service!!! We will be back.

I wandered into this little gem of a place while exploring Cauley Square today. I actually didn't even plan on eating here, I planned to go to the Tea Room but Lia came to speak with me and sold me on the food. I went with her recommendations and I was not disappointed! I wish I'd written down the name of the wine because it was sweet and delicious, the perfect accompaniment to my PEAR GORGONZOLA RAVIOLI. During my meal, I was approached by the waitstaff, some gentleman who looked like a manager or maitre d, and the chef! Everyone wanted my honest opinion and made me feel very welcome. I spoke with Lia about hosting some foodie events like prix fixe dinners or tasting menus so hopefully I will be returning for those soon. This is the perfect spot for foodie events! Don't even get me started on the adorable Cauley Square where this place is located.
