Worst experience. simply called for some help to change the child menu that does not offer many options on the app. replied by the rude manager who told me to stop calling and that my order had already left when it was not true. now my children are unhappy and it's just frustrating. if they have no time to visit people via the phone, just assign someone else to do it. as if it's my problem.
