Bavaria Haus - Miami

The food was excellent as well as the draft beer selection. Unfortunately the service was very slow. Our waiter was nice but overwhelmed. We came on a night that there was a basketball game at the arena that was very close. This should not be a reason for slow service there should be adequate wait staff when there is an event at the arena.

Very Good THE SPACE: Laid back, with elements of pub and bistro. Outside deck with a view of Biscayne Bay THE CROWD: All ages and families too. Thumping music from the surrounding area restaurants and bars may be too loud for some older patrons. Staff is solid and friendly, the kitchen paces the food service just right. THE BAR: Although we didn't partake here, b/c we had our drinks at our table, looked as the the patrons were enjoying themselves could've been the game on the TV) THE BILL: the check was very reasonableness; the food prices were just right for the eclectic Germàn fare. WHAT WE LIKED: we came for wursts and we got them; perfectly prepared and presented. Bavarian pretzels were warm and tasty, too. The beer selection satisfied all including the ability to select different sizes. Next time, we will try the other German specialties. Kudos to the chef.

We had a great dinner tonight! Great place to people watch, have outstanding food and of course some of the best German beer around!

Great food in a nice atmosphere. Location of the restaurant a bit hard to find but once there... Awesome
