Przekaż informację zwrotnąBeware that you could be charged for a hidden 20% service fee and still be asked for a tip, all this just for ordering coffee. They don't even show you the itemized charges when you are asked to pay for it. This shop just doesn't do honest business.BTW coffee was good, the hidden charge just ruined everything.
Everything is overpriced. Most expensive (not even freshly squeezed juice) in my life. Coffee was disgusting. And as someone already said: tips were obviously included in check how much only god knows) but barista never mentioned it and handled me a card reader to add more tips like nothing happens and tried to make herself busy and run away. Also just in general: do people in Florida like or even drink coffee? because looks like not at all. It was hard to find it in Jacksonville or Tampa, but Miami beach is even worse. Like bad, really bad.
We ordered two of the Chaga special coffees, which were delicious! However, the total came to $20, which included a service fee that we weren't aware of. The staff was not very friendly and appeared annoyed when I asked about the drink's ingredients. I visited three times this week, and each time, the service was unfriendly. This place has potential; it just needs some improvements.
Dishonest business, beware of double tipping. Business includes a 20% service charge and they do not present any receipts until after paid. Beware of these and other rip offs at Miami Beach locations, at most restaurant and bar locations lighting is poor ie reading receipts could be difficult. I recommend not tipping at all by default, of course if you receive exceptional service you can add additional.
He had an interview with two classes at my school, and Adam is quite self-centered. He believes his café deserves 2.5 stars, claiming it’s fantastic.
