Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

The food is good but i am giving them a one star because i order curbside pickup and got a message saying my food would be done by 7pm. i came to the restaurant and called them at 7 and told them i was there. They literally had me sitting outside for 20 mins. I called them again and told them that i had been out there waiting for my food. i don’t know if the guy forgot to tell them to bring my food , but it was ridiculous. Another thing is that they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. you guys took my money immediately so why did i have to wait for curbside that long after i was told my food was coming. i could even understand if the guy told me it would be a min.

Eli was wonderful and very caring this afternoon. I have been coming here for a little while now they have amazing service! The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience on my food pick up today for dinner. I love this place and the food is always great. Very disappointed with my meal once I arrived home to prepare to eat. I very strongly urge your entire staff to wear hair nets. Starting to eat my meal and what do I see a piece of hair on my chicken, and it discuss me. So, I had to throw those Pieces of chicken away. And now I have to check the rest of the chicken to see if it's any more hair in the entire chicken in the container. To the owner of this location and management. Again, PLEASE PLEASE put on HAIR NETS ASAP.I know most restaurants don't, but they should.

One of the best chicken in town! Since I have discovered Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal chicken a few years ago, I became a big fan and took several friends here. I always order the chicken, 1/4 or 1/2 or even a whole one to go : Reasonably priced with fast and good services. The inside of the place is always clean although not fancy, it is perfect as a casual place to catch up with friends. The sides are nice too but the chicken is the best. Love it! Keep up the good work :

Eli, the general manager here, did a wonderful job at making everyone feel welcome! He had a smile on his face and was extremely attentive. Couldn’t recommend this establishment more! This is a fast meal without being fast food. 10/10
