Sunny's Plaice - Metheringham

The chips were good, but I had a broken sausage that made me feel a bit nauseous afterward. My daughter, who accompanied me, wanted some ketchup for her chips. When I asked for a small portion in a container, they handed me a whole bottle instead. When I inquired about it, they explained that it’s cheaper in the long run. That’s why my daughter now brings a whole bottle of ketchup when we go to her favorite chip shop. If I were to go for chips on my own, I would honestly choose a different place.

The prices are too high compared to the other fish and chip shops in the village, and the food was nothing special—greasy and lacking flavor. Despite that, I would consider going back.

I really love this place! Their innovative mixed meat naan kebab is amazing—I've never had a bad one. They also offer some unique dishes to try, like broken chip stone and broken thunder food. Highly recommend!

No complaints to be had. Friendly service and have always enjoyed our meals.

Chips were soggy and tasteless but the sausage was good. The vinegar appears to have been watered down or is very low quality as there was no taste or smell to it.
