Whataburger - Mesa

The cheeseburger was huge—too big for one sitting! I ended up taking half of it home to enjoy later. It was delicious, especially since it was my first visit to the restaurant. However, the fries were cold. The service was decent, though I had to go back to ask for a cup for my soft drink since it wasn't offered upfront. Being new to the place, I didn't realize that it wouldn't come with my meal.

I'm a new customer at this location after switching from the Dobson and Broadway spot because of their poor service. I was initially skeptical, especially when I got home and found my food had been improperly prepared. However, I’m giving them a five-star review and want to personally thank their staff and manager Tristan for addressing the issue and making it right. Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it, and I'm leaving you all a five-star review. They really do an amazing job. Thanks again for the fantastic service!

This Whataburger location was clean and well-kept. The staff were very courteous. A pleasant gentleman, who had a partnership/owner badge, was particularly helpful as he took my order. It’s great to see someone so involved and attentive. Excellent job! Thank you!

I've been to this location several times, most recently yesterday. They have the best patty melts, hands down! Thick and juicy, always cooked to perfection. I love their fries and onion rings too. The restaurant is clean and the employees are alwaysfriendly. Highly recommend!

This place always has polite and very helpful staff. Whether in store or at the drive up, the staff is always eager to make your visit pleasant. P.S. The patty melts are the greatest, and add the spicy ketchup they become fabulous.
