Mcdonald's - Mesa

I had a fantastic experience at McDonald's thanks to Greg's exceptional service, professionalism, and friendly attitude. I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location again and will recommend it to everyone I know. This McDonald's is a local favorite known for its top-notch service. Special shoutout to the staff at the 909 N Dobson location!

I am thoroughly impressed with the improvement at this McDonald's compared to two months ago when I only gave them a 1-star rating. This time, the employees showed great pride in their work and the service was exceptional. The coffee was also the best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Keep up the great work, Riverview McDonald's employees! A year later, they are still the best McDonald's in the area. My mocha was made perfectly.

This restaurant is a wonderful option for a meal after shopping. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday. I placed my order at the kiosk and it came with a table tent.

Poor management. App offered coupon which manager wouldn't honor even though the issue was on their side not mine. I do not recommend this location and I'm finding McDonald's are coming up short in general now a days for some reason. Used to love them.

Two stars.. disappointed. found hair in my burger, so nasty. lol whoever is making food needs to wear hair nets.
