I wanted to come back, but never back. can still taste the seafood yakimeshi with garnel, fish and otopus. Eat $185 and drink a Jamaica too.
Formerly dai dai returned with a very similar menu to their other places to to tokio 07. beautiful atmosphere. many wait. start with a lucky buddha bier (very cold!) the eel nigiri was super as an appetizer. we followed with rammen curry and one side of shrimps tempoura. it was so tasty we ordered another side of mixed vegetables and garnelen tempura (all for 4 people.) the curry broth was wonderful! a lower side is limited parking on the plot due to other plaza renters.
When we came out of vegas and were used to great Asian foods, we lacked our favorite and heard of this place. When we saw a Japanese cook, we said we could be at the right place. nigiri, octopus, sushi, rolls and. the taste was on the place. we're coming back for the rams. Sunday afternoon and it was full. service a little slow, but everyone really nice. worth a visit.
I continue to dine at Tokio 07 regularly. 1 or 2 occasions have disappointed but out of many visits. The ramens are my comfort food (as they are to the Japanese), service is excellent and other dishes are normally outstanding. It has more than doubled...its' seating space since my 1st review and remains extremely popular for locals and for Japanese visitors and expats.
Have at least half a dozen times eaten here, if not anymore and we have great service and eat, quite reasonable. we are not great suppenmenschen, but I must admit that the ramen is good, but we are more sashimi people so that raw fish. our thing is and you can get good fish here. also roll well for a decent price. Comfortable, small and cozy place that easily fills with locals, not to see too many expats or tourist there at all.
