Longo's Pizza - Mentor

Total garbage. Came from out of town decided to give them a try. Waited at the resturant for over an hour for carryout, order was wrong and they wanted me to wait another half hour so they could make the rest of the order. The spaghetti looked disgusting, pizza burnt and cold. Have some more pride in your food. They never offered to comp the missing items or return my money. I left the food at the counter and asked for a refund and they declined. I hope this isn't Mentors only choice for Italian food.

Been going to Longo’s forever and the Pizza is absolutely the best I’ve ever eaten except my father’s Pizza. I probably order at least 3 times a month.

I don’t know what’s happened with Longo’s. Been eating in and pickup. Ordered a meatball calzone and a. Small sausage pizza. The best I had on the pizza was one slice was 1 1/2 pieces of sausage the size of a marble. The calzone had five tiny meatballs. We usually dine in at Longo’s lakeshore on Fridays and everything is good.so far. Too expensive but good food . What’s with the mentor store both stores are ridiculously expensive. At least put something on the pizza/calzone order then a few pieces of sausage a few meatballs or come down in the price. Less food for more money like everyone else.

I once watched a person full on sneeze all over a pizza, then continue to carry it out and serve it...

Waited 15 minutes for a booth, as soon as someone left, other people walked in and took our booth as the hostess forgot about us. Thanks for wasting our time.-Used to to be regular twice a week customers. Not anymore-Do your job
