Great customer service, clean shop and food, man make them a way better sub-sandwich than the subways in louisville. I feel like almost all Fast Food employees. louisville shld spend a week with their same employer in Glasgow to see how customer service really is

I went on the day of work (so kudos to the young man who worked the restaurant himself). When I asked for a redisserie-like chicken foot on full wheat bread and Swiss, he told me that there are not enough chicken or Swiss. Unfairly to him (it was certainly not his fault that they would run out), I was a bit upset. Nevertheless, he made my sandwich as I ordered it, and I must say it was a pretty good meal. Subway, if you ever find out who the employee was (Monday, September 3, 2018, at 17:30), please give him my apologies and congratulate him that he is his cool despite my piqued mood.

I'm going to Subways every year. This subway was clean, well organized, and the young man employee was very professional and helpful. I was glad they stayed open until 21:00, because I came to town late. Go on!
