Café Zupas - Menomonee Falls

I've ever experienced the worst customer service! My order was never taken over by Door Dash and was told that it was not Zupa's responsibility to contact Door Dash. The catering manager was extremely rude, would not get the shop manager to talk to me, mocked me and then continued to call me a hole. Absolutely no apology that I had to pick up my own delivery order 30 minutes after waiting. As soon as I spoke to the business manager, she has refunded the shipping costs, the tip and a salad.

1/2 Lobster Bisque, was fresh with roll, butter and chocolate covered strawberry. My disappointment was the food meter display/service area was not properly cleaned. All glass and counters are looked dirty. Wondering about the rest of the shop and food preparation.

By far one of the best places I was! Has amazing service. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was good and delicious. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I liked to get Zupas when it first opened, but then I stopped coming to this place together. Since the new management change, I have no problem getting to Zupas now much more and getting my usual faves without driving sooo much further to another. I didn't immerse myself in too long a time ago for the first time and it was really good.

By far the worst place I?ve eaten at in months. If you like Mac and cheese soup and cold sandwiches that are 4? long this is the place to go. Picture is of my ?Mac Cheese? Absolute joke of an establishment
