Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe only get to go to KFC as a treat a couple times a year as there is not one close to us. The last 3 times they forgot part of our order. This time they forgot my kids part of the order. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered the phone. I tried to leave a review for a call back and it's been 4 days and nothing. I think we will stick with Popeyes from now on.
Stopped to order a meal through the drive thru and was asked whether I was there for pick u p or delivery. I said no and that was it .....no communication what so ever. Won't return. Suggest this place needs to shut down also.
Lobby was closed at 1:45pm which was not a big deal as possible lack of staffing, so we went through drive-thru, did not mark which was diet, over filled soda so was leaking on me, did not give me my side of coleslaw, rude service, had to ask for a carrier for 3 drinks, I could understand if they were busy, however we were the only vehicle, did not answer phone to at least try to make it right. Wish I could leave a negative star!! The food for this company is very good, just appears at no matter what one you go to it is very run down and rude employees that struggle to provide good customer service and accurate and correct items. Also did not even give a receipt of our $34 order.
They list dine-in service, but at 4pm on March 15, 2024, both doors were locked and they were not answering the phone number listed here. From across the street at McDonald's, I did see some cars going through the drive-thru.
Bad attitude. Lobby always closed. There's better chicken in the valley. Go
